well, here it is! another vector to add to my pactio colection!

this time, its Haruna Saotome, the local manga-ka of class 3-A, and expert rumor... passer... her pactio really matches her in my opinion, her being artistic and all! XD unfortunately, there still hasnt been a good shot to show all of the info on her card... if i find out, then ill update this one! :D

made this one because i vectored the last one for :iconvoco-artifex:... without knowing what to do ^^; hope this makes up for it!

oh, and for those of you who really like the other members of the Library club, ill be making a few vectors of them next! :D
